Every unit on the lot, and where it is in the process
Lot Helix answers the questions a sales floor asks all day: where is that unit, is it front-line ready, is it still in service, and how long has it been sitting.
Statuses that follow the unit
Plus loaner, demo, wholesale and transfer out. Every unit is tagged new, pre-owned or certified pre-owned. Move a unit to any status in one tap, color the map by status, and the whole lot reads at a glance: what is ready to sell, what is stuck in the shop, what is already sold.
Layouts built for a store
Pick a showroom-front lot, a front-and-back lot with street-side stalls, or a service-heavy store with twelve bays. Each comes with the service drive and bays, parts, detail and wash, loaners, delivery and holding, customer parking and the entrance. Drag the corners to match your lot and set the size in feet.
Find the unit from the desk
A customer asks about the blue F-150. Type f-150 blue, or the stock number, and the matching units glow on the map with their spot.
Know what is in the shop
Units in service or waiting for parts show an S on the map. Search service or parts and every unit in the shop lights up, so nobody walks a customer to a car that is not ready.
New, pre-owned and certified
Tag each unit at check-in. Search new or cpo to see only that inventory, and keep the stock number and asking price on the card.
Deposits, sold and delivered
Hold a unit with the customer’s name and deposit note so it does not get shown again. Mark it sold, and Delivered moves it to the archive with the date.
Loaners, demos and transfers
See which units are out as loaners or demos, and track transfers in and out between stores.
Days on the lot
Rings turn amber and red at your thresholds, so aged inventory stands out before the month-end report.
Photo VIN check-in
Snap the door sticker or dash plate and the year, make, model, trim and body fill in from the NHTSA database. Porters rarely type anything.
The whole store on one lot, with the right access
Salespeople and service staff get view-only codes to find any unit. Porters get move and check-in. The lot manager gets full access to edit the layout. A detailer cannot move a car by accident. Owners sign in on the website, and everyone sees the same lot live.
Draw your lot. Find every unit.
Try it free for 14 days. Set up your lot in a few minutes, then try it on the floor. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
