From the gate to the crusher, one map
Receiving, de-pollution, rows, piles and the baler: draw the yard as it is and follow each vehicle through it.
Statuses that follow your process
Color the map by status and see what is waiting for the drain pad, what the parts counter can still pull from, and what is ready for the crusher.
A scrap-yard template
Start with receiving, a fluids pad, parts and office, rows, ferrous and non-ferrous piles, a crusher or baler pad and a scale. Then reshape it to match your yard.
Find the donor car
A customer needs a door for a 2012 Silverado. Search silverado and every match lights up with its spot.
Parts on every car, without typing them
Every car checks in with the standard parts list already on it: engine, transmission, alternator, doors, lights, seats, wheels and the rest. Tap Mark what’s missing to take off what it does not have, and the damage you note (front hit, burned, flooded) marks the matching parts for you. Add a price, mark parts sold, and search “alternator” to see every vehicle that still has one.
Print QR labels
Put a QR code on each vehicle. Scan it with any phone camera and its page opens, parts and all, so “does this one have a transmission?” takes seconds.
Weight on every vehicle
Record weight at check-in and keep it with the vehicle’s history.
Rows, piles and bays
Zones for rows, piles and work pads with live counts, so you know what is where.
Age in the yard
Rings turn amber and red so the oldest stock gets moved first.
Tow and scrap together
If you do both, switch the yard to the combined workflow and keep one map.
Draw your lot. Find every car.
Try it free for 14 days. Set up a yard in a few minutes, then try it on your phone. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
